During my visit to Tradition after a long stroll along the Chicago River, my party of 5 was pleasantly surprised to secure a great table without any wait on a busy Wednesday night. The bar and restaurant exuded a cool vibe, attracting a diverse crowd of young urban professionals. Our server provided exceptional service, promptly serving us delicious local IPAs and a variety of appetizers, including sliders, tots, pretzel bites, nachos, and cheese curds. The food was served hot and promptly, complementing the warm and inviting atmosphere of the establishment.
