Recently, my family and I visited a Mexican restaurant in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including vegan options like hibiscus birria tacos and vegan birria + pastor tacos which were surprisingly authentic. The service was warm and welcoming, and we appreciated the generous portions and delicious flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Mexican cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere.
