This local tavern serves up some seriously tasty food with generous portions, especially their fish and chips and burgers, which are juicy and cooked just right. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure every request is met and the service is consistently excellent. Whether you're stopping by for wings, a wedge salad piled high with bacon and blue cheese, or a delicious fish fry, it's clear they care about quality and making guests feel at home.

The food and service at this casual dining tavern were exceptional, with the walleye dinner cooked to perfection and the burger juicy and flavorful - can't wait to return for more delicious meals.

After a break in period starting the "NEW" old American Tavern, the new owners, the food has become amazing. we used to be regulars of the old AT and Blue Star, but the restaurant fell off our places to eat. We re-visited the AT again, and found the food wonderful. The AT will definitely be one of the places we will add to our local eating establishments.
