One of the lady is so rude today. I do not understand why she is acting like ignoring what I said while ordering breakfast. Maybe I wear scarf that she does not like people who wearing scarf that it is religion thing. She should be respectful people whatever they look like or what they are wearing. Most important thing is that she is not rude to other people because they are Americans. I think she did discrimination my friends and me. I will not recommend this store anymore. We need nice people and customer service is not good. Location is Chagrin falls Einstein Bagels

awesome bagels! The menu is very satisfying, more to choose from than I thought. Had a moment to talk with the manager, Ann, and she was so eager to offer her reccomendations and answer my questions. Loved the visit I had there and took home lots of bagels to freeze since I am not nearby.
