It was amazing at the time I was the cook there . I remember preparing cornbread dressing, asuatic rice Macon cheese pinto beans veggie Pattie's salmon crochet corn beef home fries African perch fish sams potatoe salad pancakes grits pansausage links turkey bacon and baked leg quarters. Those was good times .
