A charming ice cream shop in North Olmsted known for serving Ohio classic Tofts, with friendly staff, limited seating, cash-only policy, and a variety of delicious treats including cherry dip cones and swirl soft serve.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for hot fudge sauce on the side. The woman/owner said "we don't do that". Told her I would pay an extra charge for the container to put the hot fudge in, she still refused. I asked again, explaining that I was in a hurry and wanted to take it home to eat. I just wanted the fudge on the side so my ice creaqm would not melt. I offered again to pay an additional charge for the separate container. She still refused, saying "We don't do that". Really??? Seemed like a simple request. Left and went to Dairy Queen where they politely honored my request. Won't be back.
