During a recent business trip to Ohio, I experienced truly comforting, home-style Polish-influenced dishes like Chicken Paprikash with homemade dumplings and hearty soups, all served in a friendly, family-run restaurant with prompt service, reasonable prices, and a warm atmosphere that made me eager to return again and again.
