Our weekend go-to for posole and menudo is a family-run restaurant with a mix of hit and miss waitresses, featuring a must-try torta with Tripas that satisfies my cravings for authentic Mexican flavors, complete with kid-friendly atmosphere, cold beer, and a slight language barrier that doesn't detract from the great service and delicious food options, including the birria quesadilla tacos that I would happily order weekly for the next year.
