Every time I pass through Alamosa, I make it a point to stop at Campus Cafe for a satisfying breakfast. The huevos rancheros I had were delicious, and I couldn't resist sharing a massive cinnamon roll that was warm and topped with melting butter. The friendly atmosphere and the well-prepared food make this little diner a must-visit whenever I'm in the area.

The breakfast at this cozy cafe is undeniably delicious, drawing in a steady stream of patrons. While the wait for my order was a bit lengthy, the huevos rancheros were well worth it. The bustling morning scene filled with locals and the delectable breakfast burritos create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more.
