The food and service were excellent at HC in Frisco, the only Indian restaurant in Summit that catered to my vegetarian mom with such warmth. Despite the casual ambiance, the flavors were perfectly balanced and the chicken was cooked to perfection, though the spice levels were milder than expected. I've been back twice already and will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
