I discovered a cozy deli in downtown Colorado Springs after a failed attempt to try a popular Vietnamese dish. The deli offered delicious soups, hearty sandwiches, and the added bonus of complimentary beer and wine during dinner hours. If you find yourself in the area, I recommend checking them out for a pleasant surprise.
