Second time i tried Monterrey. both times, in both Location failed and disappointed me! I asked the waiter couple Questions about their menu, since their menu has no description. Seemed he got angry and rushed me to order...i'd like to order a drink while i waiting for my food. but before even i say it, he literally walked away! :( No one behind their bar nor knowledge some sitting atthe bar to drink! anyway, finally i walked outta door with sloppy Bagged food and still thirsty for margarita..... when i opened the bag... giant bag of greasy chips has no salsas at all, no napkin or plastik ware!!! How the hell you expect me to eat that in hotel room, Mr.Monterrey??! terrible....terrible.....terrible service and Food!!!!
