I am a first time customer at the columbia Freddy's custard.walked in found the place sorta clean , but a lot if people just standing around . Approached the counter , to make an order , waited about 5 minutes for some to even notice I was there , bad first impression , a person named Tyler took my order( after repeating it several times),got it right ..I was eating and no one come to see if my order was correct or if the food was any good , another bad impression,,,let's make this short and sweet , won't come back ....Good luck with that staff in the future ......
