Looking to whip up a special broth that required a unique ingredient - chicken feet, or patitas de pollo - I knew just the place to head for the freshest cuts: Las Maravillas! The butcher in the back was a lifesaver, wrapping up those patitas de pollo like a pro, and my broth turned out finger-lickin' good!
