When my family and I crave a hearty pizza experience, we always turn to Jets for their thick crust and generous sauce. Their Eugene specialty pizza left us impressed with its flavors and quality. Whether we dine in or opt for delivery, Jets never fails to satisfy our cravings with their delicious pizzas and friendly service.

I went to the Jets Pizza on 55 McNaughton Rd. on Friday September 17th. I ordered a 8 piece pizza with pepperoni and sausage, made a one time payment $13.99 online with a credit card then waited 25 mins. When I got the pizza it was just a cheese pizza. I told the manager that I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. He agreed to make it again and said it would be ready in 12 mins. After I got the pizza and left I found out that the manager charged my credit card an additional $3.78. This surprised me because I didn't setup an account with them which could save my credit card info and I assumed they would not charge me extra because they didn't ask me for any more money in the store.
The pizza was mediocre and at nearly $18 was very overpriced.
I also got very sick because the pizza was undercooked. I never eat at Jets Pizza. I only went there because the Penn Station next door was closed. This was a terrible experience.
