Stopped by the brewery and tried Sophie's Pierogi food truck for the first time. I had the classic pierogis with sautí©ed sweet onions, roasted garlic & smoked paprika butter, and sour cream. They were delicious, although a bit heavy on the pepperoni for my taste. The chorizo pierogis had a nice kick to them, and overall, I highly recommend giving this food truck a try!
