I enjoy dining at this restaurant because they are open on Mondays and serve vegetables that are fresh and not overly salty. One drawback is that they do not accommodate requests for spicier dishes, so I usually add crushed red pepper at home for an extra kick. Despite the lack of shrimp options, I appreciate the consistent quality of their bean curd, vegetable, pork, chicken, and steak dishes for takeout.
