I can't believe this hidden treasure doesn't have more reviews! The culinary students from Lakes Region Community College whip up some seriously delicious meals, and for just $9, you get a full spread including bread, an appetizer, a main dish, and dessert. I enjoyed the corn chowder and tender pork loin, while others raved about the swordfish with mango salsa, and we all agreed that the chocolate mousse was the perfect ending. Just a heads-up: they only take cash, it's smart to make a reservation, and their hours are a bit limited, so give them a call before heading over!

Excellent lunch. My Mediterranean Shrimp was cooked to a perfect texture. The sauce was a perfect compliment full of savory accents, just enough salty olives and peppers and paired with rice and delicious squash. What a refreshing meal. Bravo Chef Pat and students!!
