4/5 stars for food and 1/5 stars for service. I'm a fairly new customer to Chipotle, and although the food is quite tasty, the service at this particular location stinks. I've been there maybe a total of 10 times in the last few months, and 7/10 times the service blows. Hours when its super busy service is ok, but even during hours when it's not busy, requests that you are paying for are met with eye rolling and the employees rather stand around flirting with each other in spanish and then act like your interrupting instead of listening to whatever it is you want. WTF is that? Management needs to do some actual supervising there more often. I live in Stamford and if I go all the way to Norwalk/Darien to get some Chipotle, than the service better be on point. I'm def going to start looking around for another location.
