The food is delicious, but the customer service is lacking. Ordered online at 11:00 for noon pickup. Got an e-mail shortly before noon that it wouldn't be ready until 12:15. Waited for food until almost 12:45. If they can't handle call-ins and online orders in a timely fashion, they shouldn't be doing them!
