I purchased a sub and requested no mayo. The girl maybe didn't hear me or was rushed, but when I got back to my office I called and told a gentleman what had transpired. He apologized and said to come back and he would make me another one at no charge. I was not able to return the same day but did return the next day. They made my sandwich to perfection no questions asked.
