A Thursday night visit with friends revealed a lively atmosphere, good food, and friendly service, although the waitstaff mostly spoke little English. The vibe was fun, especially with specialty shots and great wing deals during the week, making it a place I'd definitely return to.

The manager by the name Joe is very rude, unprofessional, and has a terrible attitude. He doesn't care about the customers. The service is horrible. It takes forever to get your food. They don't greet you at the door. You have to always try to figure out if you need to sit yourself or they are going to even acknowledge you. The prices have also increased after reopening. There is an outside sign informing you that Zona Caliente has a new owner and is under new management. I am hoping the new owner sees this review because it is going to go downhill if things are not corrected.
