The fried chicken and waffles at this place I tried at the State Fair of Texas were exceptional, making it a must-try for anyone who enjoys this classic combo. I hope they consider expanding to a food truck near me, as I can't resist their dark meat chicken paired with buttery, fluffy waffles, which have become a Fair tradition for me.
