Daughter and I 1st time eating at Pappas. Both had bake potatoes with chop brisket. Was great. Service was great and staff friendly. Will go back.

1ST TIME GOING. DAUGHTER AND I GOT STUFFED POTATO WITH CHOPPED BRISKET. WAS GREAT. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. STAFF IS REALLY FRIENDLY.

This is for the Pappas in Duncanville! The curbside service is terrible! Each time I've had to call and let them know I'm outside. Last night I ordered food and paid cash when the waitress finally came out. She missed out on her top with me when she she didn't give me my full return of my change. I have noticed a lot of restaurants are shortchanging people due to the so called "change shortage", but that's a lie. When a company doesn't have enough change, you are suppose to round up, not down. The company is suppose to be on the loosing end, not the customer. Keep shortchanging if you want, that will be your tip. 😉

I noticed the staff changed when I went through the drive-thru yesterday, and the food, and the service.
I go so little meat for my $17.95. The beef was a few pieces of meat, and the sausage was awful. None of it tasted barbecued with the smoked flavor like before. The cucumber salad was bulky, and had very little dressing in it.
I'm not returning.
