I realized I hadn't shared my thoughts on this cozy little pho restaurant. The bo kho beef stew with bread was a standout, with tender beef and rich flavors, while the pho dac biet was decent but could use a bit more depth in the broth. Overall, the quick service and authentic taste reminded me of my favorite spots back in San Diego, and I can't wait to explore more of their menu during my next visit.
