The food truck at the conference served the best BBQ I've ever had, particularly the beans which were absolutely exceptional. The brisket sandwich was so good that I ended up having it three days in a row, and it was worth every bite. The flavors were outstanding, especially the juicy brisket and the delicious jalapeno cheddar sausage - definitely a must-try if you're a BBQ fan.
