The flavors were exceptional, and the authenticity of the dishes transported me back to memories of roadside eateries in India. The tortillas had a perfect texture, fluffy yet with a slight graininess that complemented the dishes well. The attention to detail in the seasoning and preparation of the frijoles, rice, and other menu items truly made the dining experience memorable.
