I dove headfirst into a flavorful feast of chicken and lamb dishes that danced on my taste buds, especially loving the doro minchet abish and doro wott with their just-right kick of spice, while some sides and other mains landed a bit shy on the flavor front. Washed down with Ethiopian honey wine that hit a solid 6/7 from me, this experience had me hooked-plus, the friendly service and cozy vibes made it an easy spot to keep coming back to, even if the injera bread's strong personality occasionally stole the show.
