Did you know that the thinnest pizza in the country and one of the oldest pizza recipes in the world is just a few blocks away from the America Airlines Center and across the street from the House of Blues? Olivella's is also one of only a handful of pizzerias in the world that serves two very distinct original styles of pizza: Southern Italian (Neapolitan) and Northern Italian (Roman).
