I absolutely adore their tacos, especially the al pastor and asada. Parking can be tricky since there's limited space, but the authentic street taco experience makes it worthwhile. While the service might be a bit inconsistent, I'm always drawn back by the delicious flavors and the complimentary chips and salsa.

Good Food
10/19/2008 - Enrique Juarez
This restaurant is trully the typically mexican food restaurant. And its food is most like what you would find in Mexico itself, not soft or bland like the food you find in most "Mexican Food" restaurants here in the U.S.. The food at Taqueria San Luis has all the taste, spicyness, and spirit of the mexican food I remember as a child in Mexico. If you want only a bland taste experience that you'll say in a subdued voice, "That was OK," then go to most any other restaurant near the large Fort Worth shopping areas. But if you want a trully Mexican food experience that on first taste makes you shout, "AHUA!" and then makes you walk away making note of the name and location of the reetaurant then you want to go to Taqueria San Luis on the northside of Fort Worth.
