The young man who took my order, Jake, was exceptionally kind and respectful, ensuring my 12 tacos were perfect, while the restaurant maintained a clean environment with outstanding customer service, consistently delivering fresh food and generous portions of hot sauce, making Taco Casa my favorite fast food chain with delicious tacos, nachos, and great teas, despite a few minor issues with the chili burger and occasional inconsistency in service.

They used to be a good a place to eat before they moved up the street.
After moving they raised the prices and cut WAY down on the portion size.
The 10 pack of burritos went up a dollar in price and the total weight went down by 1-1/2 pounds!
I ordered a couple of tostados to go with the bean burritos.
When I got them home I could have slid the tostados under the door they were so thin, next to no toppings at all and the burritos weighed less than 6 ounces each!
I made mention of this to a manager once but he could have cared less.
They refuse to give you any condiments at the drive-thru, no sauce, napkins, nothing, they don't even ask if you want any.
I think the managment should be replaced and the employess retrained as how to make burritos and tostados.
