I have been coming to John Carter's since I was a child, and I always enjoyed their delicious rice with beef tips and gravy. It was my favorite place, and I have many fond memories there. I am happy to still visit John Carter's two or three times a month for their fantastic southern dishes, and I truly appreciate the variety and quality of the food they offer.
