I have purchased fresh and well-taken care of meat from La Michoacana, even though I don't usually shop at Central Market. The marinated fajita and chicken are particularly recommended due to their reasonable prices and fast cooking preparation. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and selection available at this store.
