The employee took our order for two shrimp baskets... no questions asked.
The picture on Long John Silver's AD for the Shrimp Basket includes hush puppies, shrimp, and coleslaw.
The employee took it upon herself to give us fries, without asking, instead of coleslaw.
Yuck! My husband and I both got sick that night.
When I did call the manager to let her know that they were not taking orders correctly, only excuses.
The manager was not interested in rectifying it because it was a new employee and it happened the day before yesterday 😱
Check your orders before you leave or go elsewhere!!!
