The food was good, pancakes were nice and cakey. Amazing thick bacon cooked to perfection. A couple downsides.... I wish they served real butter. The chemical concoction generously dubbed "spread" didn't even melt, and it left an unpleasant coating on the tongue. I liked the pancakes better without the spread. But the most disappointing part of our visit was the sad state of the hot sauce jar... it was caked with old, dried hot sauce, and the bottle hadn't been wiped down anytime in the recent past. I tried to pass this info on to the girl at the cash register, but she seemed supremely unconcerned. In short, a good place, but I think they could do better.
