You've gotta check out this hidden treasure at the public market on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays - seriously, why hasn't anyone raved about it yet? Their jambalaya and chicken noodle soup are the stars of the show, paired with delicious local artisan bread infused with rosemary or thyme. For just 3 bucks, you can snag an 8 oz bowl of soup for a quick and tasty meal, and they even offer tempting lunch specials like quiches. My insider tip? Grab a bowl of soup and stroll over to Arepa and Company for an empanada to go with it - your taste buds will thank you later!
