The restaurant uses iPad's to order and entertain. If you do not want to communicate with anyone - family member or colleague - then this is the place for you. It also makes it much easier for the wait staff since they do not to take your order and only have to deliver it (one step above a busser).
This, however, is not how I like to eat out - touching an iPad which hundreds of others have used and simplifying the ordering process which decreases costs for the restaurant. In addition to this, the payment has to be done in advance and one has to add the tip BEFORE receiving the service: choices - 15%,18%,20% ? It is one step above self-serve and they expect a full-service tip!
The food: we had breakfast for 2, which with tip came to $50 USD. The meals were well prepared and tasty, however the $5 per glass of Orange Juice felt like highway robbery, especially when considering that it is reconstituted, let alone freshly squeezed!
NOTE: If you like playing games, watching Youtube, using Apps and not interacting or simply need to have the kids entertained to give yourself a break, then I would give this place 3 stars.

I sat down at an establishment called Reservoir located at Reagan airport (DCA) and ordered a glass of wine and meal. When the wine arrived a patron sat across from me in a communal table setting. The patron reached to order from the self service screen in front of him, which proceeded to tip over and spill a full glass of red wine over my pants, shirt and jacket. The establishment did not secure their self service ordering device and the patron was not at fault. The establishment “Reservoir” manger, Ryland Johnson, refused responsibility and proceeded to tell me that I will be fine, just get the clothes dry cleaned. I asked to speak with his manger, Ben Feilen, from the parent company, OTG. Ben had delivered the same message, “it will be fine, dry cleaning will take it out”. $650 in new clothing has been ruined and OTG has no policy and refuses to reimburse for such matter
