One of my go-to options for a quick and tasty meal before hopping on the train is Chopt Creative Salad Co. at Union Station in DC. They offer a wide variety of fresh salads with delicious dressings, like the Mexican Caesar or the customizable chopped wedge with pickled red onions. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making it a great spot to grab a satisfying and healthy bite to eat on the go.
