One late Thursday night, my guest and I hurriedly ordered some dumplings to go as we realized the metro would be closing soon. The young man who took our order seemed like a teenager, and the food was hot and tasty. Jackey Cafe in Washington, D.C. is a no-frills, dated restaurant across the street from Wok N Roll, but the experience of the ocean delicacies like Steamed Scallops and Shrimp with garlic butter linguine was truly exquisite.
