I ordered from Thai Terrace at 4:45 this evening, but I have no idea what the food tastes like because it is now 7pm and they still haven't arrived. We have been calling for an update for the past half hour, but they refuse to answer the phone - when they do answer, they hang up on us as soon as we ask what is going on. We are trying to cancel the order because they have our credit card number, but we can't even get them to talk to us! What a horrible experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

The food is good here, but they are clearly lacking in professionalism and any customer service skills. Despite their claims, they do not offer delivery service. I live on Washington Blvd nearby, and once their delivery people were more than an hour late, another time they refused to come saying the distance was too far even though I know we are within their posted 2 mile limit, and another time they said they do not have a delivery driver. I find this outrageous. I know they get enough business from the high rises within walking distance, but I just wanted to make it clear that these people have no follow-through and I do not intend to patronize them further.

First time I've eaten at this restaurant. Ordered chicken fried rice. Flavor is good, but was quite dry. Prices are average. I'll give them another chance and see how it goes, but not a good first impression.

This is the best Thai food I have eaten in the DC Metro area. They customize your entre per your choice. The prices are moderate for the quality of food they serve. Keep it up!!

I live next door and frequent the restaurant often because they have great happy hour specials and wonderful service. Friendly people, great atmosphere, and good food. Highly recommend this place!!!

We live just a block away and eat at Thai Terrace often. They are always very nice and helpful, the food is great, and they don't rush you. The atmosphere is nice (darker, with a view of Wilson Blvd outside), and outdoor seating is available in the warmer months.

They are wonderful! Some time ago, I left my purse there and when I called them, they told me they had it and if I wanted to pick it up that same evening they were about to close but would wait for me. Even if you do not usually forget your purse or wallet at restaurants, this is a great pleace to go, great food, excelent service and good value.
