I recently had to visit Alexandria VA for a funeral for a family member. If you like stories about integrity and support businesses that have good integrity you will appreciate this story. As me and my family waited for our food I quickly started to realize that water that was dripping from the bottom of the coffee cup was discoloring my suit pants. Apparently they removed the coffee cups before the rinse cycle had ended and there was still bleach on the coffee saucer. The manager on duty as well as our waiter for very apologetic and referred me to their manager. I remained in contact with him sending pictures and prices to his direct phone number. Today when I reached out to him I was told they could do nothing for me and my only option was to get a lawyer. I hope if you continue to support this business that you will not receive the same customer service and support that I was subject too.
