The food and service at Jamaican Cafe Cuisine in Middletown are fantastic. I highly recommend trying the lunch specials, especially the brown stew chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The flavors are delicious, and the portion sizes are generous - a must-try for anyone looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine in the area.
