WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I used a giftcard to pay the first time and they came back to tell me it was empty. After months of dealing with customer service and threatening to go to BBB, they sent me a new giftcard.
I ordered food last night and took my replacement unopened giftcard directly from TGI Friday's customer service and guess what? The girl came back oft and said it was EMPTY!
The manager said that giftcards get hacked. What's the chance that 2 giftcards for the same person gets hacked 2 separate times for there same location?!!!
I will be calling the Better Business Bureau Monday!
