Having initially been unsure about hotpot, I decided to give Ro-Jo's a try and was pleasantly surprised. The Szechuan broth was incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the beef, while the fresh vegetables and unlimited noodles added to the experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it a great place for a fun and interactive meal. I would highly recommend trying the mango habanero dipping sauce for a sweet and spicy kick.
