My favorite dish at this Mexican restaurant is the Huevos Rancheros with tasty green chile, served in a fast and relaxed atmosphere. The view of planes coming in and out at Front Range Airport adds to the enjoyable dining experience.

I had the S4 combo. So delicious! Smothered it all in green chile and their chile is hot, but not too hot. It has a great flavor! My husband had the Mi Tierra Combination and he really like it, especially the chile relleno! I totally recommend this place!

I visited the first time on Monday evening. I was told the food was excellent. Since my companion and I were looking for something light and simple, we ordered a taco salad. It was very good, just enough to satisfy. We added some of the salsa for a more complex flavor. I can't wait to return to sample more of their menu. Service fast and friendly. Keep in mind, this is a mom- and- pop operation; not really fancy.
