I went Thru drive up and placed my order was told to park out front.... waited forever for my food, thank god I checked before I left The lot because the entire order was wrong.i ordered a super deluxe with jalepeno poppers nine piece and a double prime rib with French fries and a 9 piece jalapeño poppers per my order ticket. I received A steakhouse burger, 3 or 4 piece chicken tenders and two large French fries.... I immediately went in the store and was told sorry they would fix the order, I advised Them I had A meeting I needed to get to before 700. At 656 I left The store with what I thought Was the correct order.... Wrong, when I got To the meeting and started to eat I opened Up the double prime rib and had a single patty with NO Prime Rib. I had To leave the meeting and drive back to the store. I went In and showed them the burger with no prime rib. They fixed a new sand which for me but talk about a major inconvenience to me
