Denver Best kept secret!
Outstanding, simply the Best Birria Taco De Res in Denver period, others may try but this one is the bomb! I am from LA and this is the closest you will get to the real thing in LA! Juicy Birria tacos, melted oozing hot cheese served with several salsas and pickled onions radishes and habaneros....
Go you will thank me! Try Don't forget the consume' topped with cilantro and chopped onion. Add a small side of pickled onions, radishes and habanero, they go awesome on the taco!
Start with 3 and you will want 2 more! You can drink the consume'it's so good!
Great food and even better service the sisters were great at getting my order done and making it great! One last thing... They only are open until sold out! I was there today @ 4 by 4:30 there were 10 cars already there waiting for the kicking tacos!
If Google maps tries to throw you off, it's on the east side of the school in the parking lot on the corner of 51st and Bolling Dr. in Montbello.

Btw, don't be fooled by the white truck with almost the same name that parks about a mile away, it's not even close to the same experience.
