I visited a seafood restaurant downtown near the Light Rail track, which was convenient since I took the train. I kicked off my meal with a tropical guava mojito and enjoyed the Mama Blue Shrimp gumbo, which brought back memories of New Orleans. The stuffed shrimp stole the show; they were perfectly stuffed with crabmeat and cheese, and I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was!
