I have had the pleasure of trying the enchiladas at this Mexican restaurant and they are truly delicious. The beans have a homemade taste and are topped with a special Mexican cheese that adds a unique flavor. I've noticed that the restaurant is often not very busy, so I hope it continues to thrive and serve its fantastic food for a long time.
