The atmosphere took me back in time with its rich history and eclectic decor, while the food-ranging from unique game meats like elk and buffalo to surprisingly tasty Rocky Mountain oysters-was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish, and I'm definitely planning to come back and try more dishes.
